Thank you for choosing Virna Reflexology for your reflexology services. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, please review the following terms and conditions:
Appointments and Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are happy to accommodate changes to your appointment when possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full treatment price.
No-show appointments or cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time will be charged the full price of the treatment.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly to ensure that the next client is not delayed. However, you will still be charged for the full treatment time. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Payment Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, and cash.
Treatment Expectations During your treatment, you are encouraged to communicate any discomfort or concerns you may have. All treatments are designed to promote relaxation and well-being, but results may vary.
Confidentiality All personal and medical information shared with Virna Reflexology is kept confidential in accordance with data protection laws.
Health Considerations Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to your appointment so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Liability Virna Reflexology will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments. It is your responsibility to consult your doctor if you have any concerns about receiving reflexology or related services.
